  Sent a request via email requesting the location of a family member that was interred there. No response after 3 weeks. Called the facility itself, provided the name, date of birth, date of death, date of interrment and after beign on the phone for 30 minutes came back and said that they could not locate the information. When providing the date that the company interred the deceased, they stated that they are not automated and would have to do a physical search. It appears that they are automated however they do not have records on line for those interred prior to a certain date. Time to get up with the electronic age and have an employee start importing that data. Nothing worse than a family attempting to pay respects and being told we will have to wait until they had search their records.
